i'm an experimental musician and occasional visual artist, planning to move to the bay area in march. i'm looking for some type of live/work space... warehouse space, communal space, or a creative household. hopefully something affordable. if anyone knows of anything, or has any advice on where to look it would be helpful and appreciated. thanks.
